Abstract

|
The authors experienced a case of cerebrospinal fluid rhino rhea in a 9 years old Korean boy who had been suffered from repeated meningitis and persistent clear watery nasal discharge.
On fluorescing dye test, bright yellowish green nasal discharge was noticed from the left most 15 minutes after injection of 0.5 cc of 5% fluorescing into the lumbar spine. But we couldn’t assume the exact site of fistula. We present the case with brief review of literature.
